Pawar to open super speciality hospital at Nashik city

Union agriculture minister Sharad Pawar will inaugurate the super speciality hospital at Nashik city on June 29, Congress MLA told reporters. The hospital built on a seven acre land in city's central Shalimar square with a 100-bed capacity has modern equipments and also facilitiates for kidney-transplant, open heart bypass surgeries and treatment on cancer, Bachav said. Modern equipment of Rs 14 crore are installed in the hospital and a grant of Rs 22 crore has been requested from state government to install other equipments, she added. Dr A G Sulakhe, Medical Superintendent, D M Vaidya, deputy director, health were also present on the occasion. Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, state health minister Vimal Mundada will also be present, Bachav told reporters here last evening.
